Glentui Heights is a subdivision being developed in Bob Cove's between Queenstown and Glenorchy. The development consists of 49 building sections divided over two stages. 

Railton Contracting supplied the wastewater treatment plants and designed the effluent fields in stage one and are about to start wastewater work for stage two. In addition the company is working on a large dam project on the premises.
